Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items

    • Gift Box
    • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the Rider.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Any item that is returned more than 2 days after delivery

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    • Time Frame: Customers can return or exchange products within 3 days of purchase.

    • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. 
    • Items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • When receiving your parcel, please record a video while opening it. This will help ensure that any potential issues or damages are properly documented.
    • Video Guidelines:

      1. Record a clear, unedited video of the parcel opening process.
      2. Show the parcel’s exterior, including any visible damage or tampering.
      3. Carefully open the parcel and document its contents.
      4. Verify the items received against the packing list.

      Why is this necessary?

      This video documentation will:

      1. Expedite claim resolution.
      2. Provide evidence of any damage or discrepancies.
      3. Help prevent potential disputes.

Return Process

    • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • Inspection and Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

Exchange Process

    • Initiate an Exchange: Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

    • Shipping for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.

    • Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Make a video while opening your parcel, and if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or send us the video/pictures at 0312 1840330 with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
