By placing an order on Vitalyse you agree to:

– Provide valid delivery information for cash on delivery.

– Provide a screenshot of payment confirmation, if paid online. 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if we suspect fraud or unauthorized transactions.

• Shipping and Delivery

We aim to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. We offer free shipping all over Pakistan but for some cases Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Any shipping delays due to external factors (e.g: courier issues, country problems, or festival holidays) are beyond our control, and we are not liable for such delays.

• Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition and packaging with an unboxing video recording.
