Return & Refund Overview

 


Our refund and return policy lasts 2 days. If more than 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Boxes

  • Certain health or personal care products

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the rider.

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 2 days after delivery.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

 

  • Time Frame: You can return or exchange products within 3 days of purchase.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

  • Opened or used products.

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

To avoid disputes, please record a video while opening your parcel. This helps verify product condition upon delivery.

 

Video Guidelines:

 

  1. Record a clear, unedited video of the entire parcel opening.

  2. Show the parcel’s exterior, including any visible damage.

  3. Open the parcel carefully and show all contents.

  4. Match received items with the packing list.

 

Why it matters:

 

  • Speeds up claim resolution.

  • Provides evidence for any issues.

  • Prevents misunderstandings or disputes.

 

Return Process

 

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at info@vitalyse.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our mistake.

  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

    • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

 

Exchange Process

 

  1. Initiate an Exchange: Contact info@vitalyse.co with your order number and details of the product you want to exchange.

  2. Shipping: Customers bear exchange shipping costs unless due to a defect or our error.

  3. Processing Time: Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the original item.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

Send your opening video or photos with your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
